Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description:
He will be responsible for main pillars (White collar):
- Performance Management.
- Recruitment process and professional onboarding, Employee Relations.
- Implementing HR policies, ready and qualified to learn OD activities: Complete Job design (JD-JS) - Org. Structure (white-blue)
- HR Functions Manual, Learning & Development
- Only supervision on Payroll and Personnel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Human Resources (3-5) years.
- HE Diploma is a must!
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Eager to learn and be aligned with company objectives.
- Experience in a similar role is a MUST!
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
