Roles & Responsibilities


Role Description:

He will be responsible for main pillars (White collar):

  • Performance Management.
  • Recruitment process and professional onboarding, Employee Relations.
  • Implementing HR policies, ready and qualified to learn OD activities: Complete Job design (JD-JS) - Org. Structure (white-blue)
  • HR Functions Manual, Learning & Development
  • Only supervision on Payroll and Personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (3-5) years.
  • HE Diploma is a must!
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Eager to learn and be aligned with company objectives.
  • Experience in a similar role is a MUST!
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
