Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company s goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a perfect fit for roles.
- Create a nurturing work environment focusing on employee growth and satisfaction.
- Oversee and amend HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess employee productivity and morale.
- Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Handle employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage.
- Arrange internal audits to ensure adherence to employment law and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention rates.
- Collaborate with management to plan company-wide workforce requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics to gauge the success of implemented strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills are essential.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
