Position: HR Manager People & Talent
Join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion across our group.

Key Responsibilities
People, Culture & Engagement:
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Foster a positive, high-performance, and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance & Development:
Lead performance management and training needs analysis.
Drive leadership development and succession planning across business units.

Talent Management & Acquisition:
Support strategic workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and talent analytics.
Build and strengthen long-term organizational capabilities.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations:
Oversee compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and QFC regulations.

Organizational Development & Strategic Projects:
Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management.
Roll out group-wide HR strategies, frameworks, and key initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 10 years of progressive HR experience, with focus on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Experience in a group or multi-business environment in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
Proven success implementing HR programs that enhance culture, retention, and performance.
Strong knowledge of Qatar employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Master s degree or professional certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred.
