Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems to drive high performance and employee development.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support management with workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Minimum of 5 years in HR Manager positions and 15+ years on HR

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and other human resources management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ERP System and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
