Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Design and oversee performance management systems to drive high performance and employee development.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support management with workforce planning and succession planning.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 5 years in HR Manager positions and 15+ years on HR
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other human resources management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP System and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
