Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of human capital within an organization. This position involves overseeing a team of HR professionals and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals. The HR Manager is responsible for creating and implementing policies and programs that align with the company s goals and objectives. As a vital member of the leadership team, the HR Manager provides strategic input on organizational development and employee relations. Their efforts ensure that the company maintains a positive workplace environment that promotes high levels of engagement, productivity, and satisfaction among employees.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage relationships between management and employees to address demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Lead the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices and stay updated with applicable employment laws.
  • Monitor, review, and develop employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including appraisals and evaluations.
  • Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures that promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide HR support.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software for effective data management and reporting.
