Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team and lead the human resources department. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resource strategies with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position demands a dynamic leader who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on manager. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of HR knowledge, a passion for people management, and the ability to implement HR best practices to enhance the productivity and development of our workforce. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management and support all levels of the organization to ensure a harmonious work environment and a thriving organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in development plans for employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Design and implement employee benefit programs that support workforce wellbeing.
- Lead organizational change and development initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and supervise training programs.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure all financial operations adhere to company policy.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by supporting diversity initiatives.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary to reflect best practices.
- Report to senior leadership on HR metrics and advise on workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to mediate conflicts and manage employee relations effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing an HR team or department.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
