Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving a wide range of HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, compliance, and process optimization. The role involves guiding employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, resolving day-to-day employee matters, and ensuring accurate and timely updates within HR systems. The HR Manager will also support organizational initiatives, enhance HR service delivery, maintain data confidentiality, and collaborate with leaders to align HR practices with overall business objectives. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Inspire and motivate team members to work toward common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Evaluate progress through regular assessments and performance metrics.
- Develop and manage programs and activities across multiple HR functions.
- Prepare reports and review completed reports for quality and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contract requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary cases in line with company policy.
- Provide guidance to employees to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all personnel matters.
- Utilize HR systems and applications to deliver services and execute HR responsibilities.
- Review current work processes and recommend improvements.
- Support new business initiatives by providing creative HR solutions during employee transitions.
- Advise leaders on HR matters such as PIPs, policies, benefits, separations, and workforce reductions.
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of employee data privacy.
- Adhere to company Code of Conduct/Ethics and related policies.
- Provide customer support to employees and managers; escalate cases when necessary.
- Apply system and application knowledge to respond to HR requests and inquiries.
- Identify and solve HR-related problems efficiently.
- Establish and maintain Performance Management Process (PMP) documentation.
- Optimize the PMP process and tools by collaborating with stakeholders and incorporating user feedback.
- Facilitate partnerships between employees and leaders to improve performance and align contributions with organizational goals and values.
- Maintain HR files and process documentation across multiple HR processes.
- Update HR systems to accurately reflect employee changes.
- Apply knowledge of industry, clients, services, and service roles to ensure end-user satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
8 10 years of experience in the HR/Recruitment field.
