Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the full HR function and serve as the main point of contact for all HR related matters • Lead the recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to support company operations • Manage employee relations and provide guidance to staff and management • Handle performance management cycles including goal setting, evaluations, and improvement plans • Oversee payroll support, attendance records, leave management, and employee documentation • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, MOHRE requirements, and internal company policies • Manage visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO • Administer WPS, end of service benefits, and employee benefits in line with UAE regulations • Support Emiratisation initiatives and Tawteen process documentation • Lead training and development programs to improve staff skills and organizational capability • Assist in strategic HR planning and workforce planning activities • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes including orientation and exit interviews • Maintain accurate HR reports, analytics, and employee records • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture • Support management in organizational development initiatives and change management

Desired Candidate Profile

Experienced HR professional with strong hands on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations • Solid understanding of UAE labour law, MOHRE procedures, WPS, visa processes, and end of service settlements • Proven ability to manage HR functions independently and support senior management with strategic HR decisions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality • Practical experience in onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and maintaining HR documentation • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple HR activities in a fast paced environment • Skilled in handling employee issues, conflict resolution, and performance management • Experience in training and development coordination and organizational improvement • Comfortable working in an oil and gas or energy sector environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems • Professional, detail oriented, and proactive in problem solving • Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and guide HR team members
