Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To provide strategic direction by articulating the Human Capital needs and plans in line with The company's objectives and goals.
Responsible for implementation of new policies, processes, and tools related to Human Capital.
Monitor the areas of talent management, learning and development, compensation, and succession planning to further the organization’s workforce capabilities.
To support the Skill Development initiatives of the Digital Transformation project ( SAP).
Desired Candidate Profile
Participate and function as a strategic partner in all the company's Strategic initiatives.
Design and monitor the implementation of the Human Capital business plan as per the guidance of GCHCO of company
Develop cost-efficient organization structures that suit the business needs in alignment with GCHCO.
Overall accountability for the implementation of high-quality Human Capital projects, processes, and services.
Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with Human Capital initiatives, processes, and services.
Accountable for Human Capital Budget Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling.
Implement the annual Human Capital strategy process cycle including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
Liaise with the department heads to understand all the Human Capital aspects and needs.
