Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Write and publish job postings on various channels.
- Sort and analyze applications (sourcing, pre-selection).
- Organize interviews with managers and follow up on applications. Manage employee files (contracts, administrative documents).
- Prepare the necessary documents for welcoming new employees.
- Actively participate in the onboarding of new recruits.
- Manage employee files (contracts, administrative documents, archiving).
- Track absences, leave and sick leave.
- Update HR databases (HRIS software, Excel files).
- Participate in the preparation of administrative documents: attestations, HR letters, certificates, etc.
- Collect and verify payroll variables (overtime, absences, bonuses, etc.).
- Keep the legal books and mandatory registers up to date.
- Participate in updating HR materials: welcome booklet, organizational chart, job descriptions, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date HR dashboards and ensure monitoring of key indicators.
- Training in human resources management, social law or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an HR role, ideally in recruitment or personnel administration, would be an asset.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and knowledge of HR software.
- Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
- Good organization and thoroughness.
- Sense of organization, rigor, discretion and good interpersonal skills.
