Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the outsourcing team with collecting, organizing, and updating staff documents
  • Support in preparing onboarding files, employment forms, and contract documents
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for outsourced employees
  • Coordinate with candidates to submit required documents on time
  • Assist in tracking document status, expiries, and follow-up requirements
  • Help prepare reports, checklists, and administrative updates
  • Provide basic support in communication with clients and internal teams
  • Perform general HR and admin tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of HR or administrative processes
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
