Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the outsourcing team with collecting, organizing, and updating staff documents
- Support in preparing onboarding files, employment forms, and contract documents
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for outsourced employees
- Coordinate with candidates to submit required documents on time
- Assist in tracking document status, expiries, and follow-up requirements
- Help prepare reports, checklists, and administrative updates
- Provide basic support in communication with clients and internal teams
- Perform general HR and admin tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of HR or administrative processes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
