Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the performance management process by tracking deadlines and compiling feedback.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative and operational HR tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and people operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Availability to commit to the internship for the agreed-upon duration.
