HR Generalist TRANSCORP INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS L.L.C

Transcorp International is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team in KSA with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in KSA, preferably with the logistics industry background. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
• Stay up to date on KSA labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HR generalist experience in KSA, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience with the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with benefits administration, including health insurance and life insurance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to travel within KSA for warehouse visits is required.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
