Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the UAE, preferably with experience managing large teams.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
