Roles & Responsibilities

Full On-boarding & Off-boarding Cycle Process
Payroll Management
Invoices Handling
Employee Daily Requests (Salary Certificates, STL Letters, Pay Slips, etc.)

Medical Insurance Process
Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in HR / Employee Relations within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic & English.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Male, Arab nationality (as per role requirements).
