Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Support new hire onboarding and integration processes.
- Maintain and update HRIS/SIRH systems (Workday experience preferred) and recruitment reports.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

What we look for :
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment and onboarding.
- SIRH/HRIS system experience required, ideally Workday.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and French
