Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

  • Support payroll preparation and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  • Design and execute employee onboarding programs that foster engagement and retention from day one.

  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and contracts.

  • Support PRO in visa processing, renewals, and other government-related documentation

  • Manage performance appraisal systems that promote continuous feedback and development for employees at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment in UAE

  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
