Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

•Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. •Manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. •Payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. •Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. •Address employee queries and provide solutions to HR-related issues. •Support performance management and appraisal processes. •Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. •Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus). •Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a trading or industrial sector. •Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
