Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate with the PRO and government portals.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
  • Ensure timely processing of insurance (health/life) for all eligible employees.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist in employee grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, company policies, and HR best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Min 3 years of experience as HR executive or similar
