Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Defines and implements the Human Resources Development policy (development plan, annual budget management).
Defines and implements the recruitment plan.
Analyzes and manages the training plan and actions as a tool for employee retention and skills management: budget, employee identification and proposal of training adapted to their career development wishes.
Handles career management: works closely with operational staff to identify and support talent development, detect high potentials, and leads talent reviews.
Reports on his/her activities and shares his/her observations with the company's management.
Profile
Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent or in a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role
Good knowledge of HR tools and processes (training, evaluation, skills monitoring).
Excellent interpersonal skills
