Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Update and maintain employee records in both hard copy and soft copy formats.
- Handle the issuance/renewal of the Trade license for company.
- Manage the employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
- Ensure all visas, medical, Emirate ID, permits, company documents and license are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Manage recruitment processes.
- Manage the Payroll of employees.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
- Facilitate the annual leave, salary and tickets as per the UAE Law.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
- Calculate and process final settlements to the employees adhering to the UAE Law.
- Facilitate the Final settlements/End of Service processes with the Finance.
- Knowledge of medical insurance (inception, addition, deletion, and claims), workers compensation, vehicle registration, and Salik.
- Initiate and coordinate the team building process.
- Well versed with UAE Labor Law.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
