Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Schedules credentialing appointments when appropriate.
Assisting compliance officer with credential requirements for candidates.
Executes all tasks in preparation for new hire orientation.
Perform orientations onboarding and records with new hires.
Ensures all required documentation is completed by new employee prior to orientation.
Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Responsible for data entry filing scanning and uploading into hospital internal system.
Provide HR support to employees as needed.
Liaise with other departments or functions payroll benefits etc.
Support the recruitment

Assist with terminations including exit interviews.
Ensure compliance with employment law.
Qualification and Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of previous experience as a recruiting coordinator HR coordinator or related role.
Experience in a hospital setting is preferrable.
Knowledge of human resources processes
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong familiarity with Saudi Arabian Government regulations and employee relations practices.
Computer Literate
Proficient in English Language both oral and written.
