Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities :
•
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding at the project/site level
•
Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats
•
Ensure timely submission of timesheets, attendance records, and leaves
•
Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and candidate documentation
•
Support grievance handling and basic conflict resolution at the site
•
Act as a liaison between the central HR team and site-based employees
•
Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and internal policies
•
Prepare routine HR reports and documentation
Requirements :
•
Iraqi National with valid documentation
•
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
•
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in project-based environments
•
Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
•
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•
Strong organizational and communication skills
•
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
