Hiring for a Leading Hospital in Qatar
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of one of Qatar s leading hospitals in the Healthcare Industry. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Position: HR Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws
Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and HR reports
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred
