Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality to support HR operations.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including paperwork and system updates, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support talent acquisition.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as performance reviews and training sessions, to enhance employee development.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, ensuring accurate compensation.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess basic knowledge of HR principles and practices to effectively support HR functions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is advantageous.
