Position Overview

Mace is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our consultancy team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will work closely with leadership teams to shape business strategy and people plans, ensuring effective workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development. You will play a key role in driving HR operations, supporting organisational change, and aligning people strategies with the company s long-term vision for major infrastructure and development projects in the region.

What You ll Do


* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing input into workforce planning and organisational development.
* Lead HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
* Partner with leaders to manage change processes, risk analysis, and talent strategies.
* Drive recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the talent attraction team.
* Support leadership teams in developing effective people plans aligned with business goals.
* Facilitate annual reward reviews and align compensation strategies with career frameworks.
* Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement and disciplinary procedures.
* Work on HR projects and initiatives across multiple areas, supporting company-wide objectives.
* Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being within the business unit.
* Contribute to sustainability goals by implementing practices that align with Mace s net zero carbon transition strategy.

Ideal Profile

* Proven experience as an HR professional with strong knowledge of HR theory and practical application.
* Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and organisational design.
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
* Knowledge of reward systems, recognition programmes, and employment law.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership teams.
* Experience in the construction or consultancy sector preferred; UAE or KSA experience advantageous.
