Job Description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner (UAE National) for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.
Location Sharjah, UAE

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar HR capacity, with a strong track record of partnering with business leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to influence and drive HR strategies within a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and expertise on HR matters. Support leaders in driving performance and enhancing employee engagement.
• Employee Relations - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on matters related to performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Change Management - Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to support change adoption and engagement.
• Monitor the impact of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
• Performance Management - Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Recognize high performers and then addressing underperformance
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
• HR Policy Implementation - Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures within business units.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect organizational needs and industry best practices.
• Emiratization, Diversity & Inclusion - Promote Emiratization, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization by implementing relevant initiatives and programs.
• Work with leadership to create an environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
• Track and report on D&I metrics to measure progress and impact.
• Workforce Planning & Analytics - Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning strategies

About the Role:

We are seeking a HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, while also acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, proactively develops integrated solutions, and ensures the successful implementation of HR programs.
