Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor supporting team members to drive, formulate and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business need.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies / procedures and local laws and practices.br>Educate, coach and support line managers in people topics.
- Execute HR programs and processes, manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communications.
- Execute the delivery of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness programs such as Performance Management Process, Management Succession & Development, Global Employee Opinion Survey, etc.
- Responsible for the implementation and/or coordination of applicable training programsbr>Lead employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs, special projects and related duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- 7+ years of HR generalist experience preferrable in Technology related employers.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, integration, facilitation, and complex problem solvingbr>Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication.
- Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices regulations.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills

br>We are looking for a high-energy and action-oriented candidate to drive a broad spectrum of HR initiatives in Egypt as a first phase and then to our regional locations in India, Jordan and KSA as well. Reporting to the CEO, this role is a strong partner for Altivate s commercial and delivery teams and will be working in alignment with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
