Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee transfers across store locations and countries, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate HRMS updates.
  • Manage complete offboarding processes in the UAE, including exit formalities and departmental coordination.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally, maintaining detailed interaction records.
  • Administer employee leave management and handle absconding cases with appropriate documentation.
  • Lead annual medical insurance renewal planning, including vendor selection, budgeting, and approvals.
  • Manage employee insurance enrollments, renewals, exits, and GLPA additions across 13 countries.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely claim processing and resolution of issues.
  • Educate employees on insurance coverage, benefits, and claims procedures.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Ensure secure and complete employee documentation and update HRIS with insurance data.
  • Prepare reports and support audits related to employee relations and insurance metrics.
  • Act as a communication bridge between employees, HR, and insurance vendors.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and processes related to retention, exit formalities, and settlements.
  • Contribute to HR projects by identifying process improvements, gathering feedback, and sharing insights.

  • Bachelor’s or Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations & insurance administration
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms and employee data management tools
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes like offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Hands-on experience with medical insurance management and vendor coordination
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities with a focus on compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism
