Currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to join this growing team in the UAE.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (minimum 2-3 years in UAE)
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws & HR compliance
Hands-on experience in employee management, onboarding & offboarding
Excellent skills in HR documentation, record keeping, and coordination
Familiar with visas, employee files, policies, and internal HR procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
