Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and accuracy in documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to company culture.
  • Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries, while providing guidance on available options.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, fostering an approachable HR environment.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, and ensuring that all payroll-related information is accurate and timely.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid educational foundation for HR practices.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in UAE HR support Role, showcasing hands-on knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, indicating adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, essential for liaising with employees and management effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, essential for growth within the HR department.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor, fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and project management.
