Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated HR and Recruitment Manager to lead our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, coupled with proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we not only attract but also retain the best talent in the industry. The HR and Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our organizational goals and promote a high-performance culture within the company. Additionally, the role requires someone who can effectively manage and lead an HR team, while also contributing to strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Nurture a positive working environment through effective employee relations programs.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Provide decision-making support through HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and company policies.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, and motivation.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitive compensation strategies.
  • Advise leadership on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience with HR metrics and the ability to comprehend and manage complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
