Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Co-ordinate with Insurance Companies for addition / deletion of employee & employee claims

• • Maintain & update medical claim & reimbursement details of employees

• • Maintain & file all external contracts

• • Maintain & file Trade Licenses, Ejari & Tenancy Contracts of Head Office & Branches

• • Well-versed in UAE Labour Laws, MOHRE processes

• • Coordinate with the company PRO for various government-related transactions

• Any other task as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

• • Coordinate leave management, employee benefits, and end-of-serviceprocesses.

.• • Initiate for visa processing & all the relevant documents to PRO for visa transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be graduate.

Should have good communication skills.

Should have at least 1 years UAE experience.

Should have good experience in Hr and Admin.
