Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 3 years in an HR support/administrative role.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws in Egypt.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
