Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, contracts, leaves, etc.).
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and absences, and prepare monthly reports for payroll.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documents are completed.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law requirements.
  • Organize and maintain HR filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Support HR projects, events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 10 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian/Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Very Good English Language and communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
