Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all office locations.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
