Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and internal HR policies

• Ensuring that the work permits and visa requirements are met as per business needs. Full understanding of visa categories, protocols and penalties associated with it.

• Day to day HR operations - hiring, onboarding, trainings, documentation, contracts, renewals, exit formalities, attendance, attendance records, overtime, leave, and HR records.

• Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic.

• Ensure renewals of company CR, Municipality licenses, Chamber of Commerce membership, and other mandatory documents.

• Liaise with ministries (ROP, MOL, MOCIIP, Municipality, etc.) for company-related approvals and compliance and also for customs and clearances.

• Manage daily office and site administrative operations (transport, accommodation, facilities, stationery, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with company policies for procurement, asset management, and site logistics.

• Ensure proper documentation of all necessary documents from subcontractor personnel and equipment working on site in order to comply with the laws in Oman.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-15 years of extensive experience of working in Oman with clear understanding of Labour Laws, compliance.
