Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage communication and documentation related to governmental relations, regulatory compliance, and required official filings.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management administration, and offboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and HR-related meetings.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Maximum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in governmental relations (e.g., managing regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, interacting with the government).
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
