Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee company-provided staff accommodations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate room allocations, move-ins, and move-outs in line with operational requirements.
  • Handle housing-related issues, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Organize and coordinate staff housing events, orientations, and community engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy, contracts, and related expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure high-quality facilities management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations, guest services, or housing/facilities management.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multicultural teams and resolve issues diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of property or facility management systems is an advantage.
