Position Overview:


The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness across all common and guest-accessible areas, including wellness zones, outdoor venues, and club facilities. The role oversees daily housekeeping operations, team scheduling, third-party laundry coordination, and support for events.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Operational Supervision

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the club, parking, canteen, and outdoor areas.


Monitor the execution of cleaning tasks according to SOPs and service standards.


Ensure readiness of wellness areas (spa, gym, lockers) and all guest facilities.


2. Team Scheduling & Delegation

Prepare and manage housekeeping team schedules, breaks, and coverage.


Assign responsibilities based on shift priorities, events, and occupancy levels.


Supervise and support team performance to maintain consistency and efficiency.


3. Laundry & Amenity Oversight

Coordinate with external providers for laundry pick-up, delivery, and quality control.


Ensure availability and hygiene of towels and water amenities across all facilities.


Maintain proper stock levels of cleaning materials and guest consumables.


4. Event & Function Readiness

Prepare indoor and outdoor spaces before member-related events or functions.


Coordinate deep cleaning tasks post-event in collaboration with Events & Hospitality.


Assist with light setup tasks when required (e.g., linens, basic d cor).


5. SOP Enforcement & Quality Audits

Implement and monitor compliance with housekeeping SOPs and hygiene protocols.


Conduct regular quality checks and cleanliness inspections.
