Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
Supervise all functions of Housekeeping, including rostering, assigning tasks, stock takes, monitoring guest supply and requests, recording room losses and implementing corrective actions
build and maintain a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
monitor maintenance needs and contractors' performance throughout the rooms, public areas, front of house and back of house
facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests' expectations are anticipated and exceeded
work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
