Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Attendant! Our client, a reputable and thriving hospitality group, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, we operate multiple hotels across Malta, each offering a unique and welcoming environment. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall hygiene standards of our hotels. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests are essential for the success of our hospitality operations. Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution. Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient and effective housekeeping operations. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.
Participate in training programs to continuously enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.
