Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture
- Replenish guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
- Clean and maintain public areas including corridors, elevators, and restrooms
- Respond quickly to guest requests and deliver friendly, professional service
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist with deep-cleaning and special cleaning projects as required
Skills Set
- Room and public-area cleaning
- Time management and work prioritization
- Guest communication and service delivery
- Reporting and coordination with supervisors
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a five-star hotel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Professional demeanor with strong guest service orientation
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
