Core Duties
Clean and maintain guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, and public areas according to set standards.
Replenish guest amenities and ensure requests are met promptly.
Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues or damages to the Supervisor.
Maintain housekeeping equipment in good condition.
Record daily room status and productivity reports.
Attend daily briefings and complete assigned tasks.
Report lost and found items immediately.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Adhere to hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Perform valet services such as linen delivery and laundry processing.
Follow all SOPs and maintain awareness of VIP guests and room categories.
Comply with fire evacuation and first aid procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Warm, caring personality with strong attention to detail.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is an advantage.
Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.
