Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of all household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, drivers
- Create and manage work schedules for the staff.
- Provide training and support to staff members
- Ensure the residence is always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage household inventories, including ordering supplies and groceries.
- Maintain the property's furnishings and equipment.
- Manage the household budget, track expenses, and handle bill payments.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements and qualifications
- Relevant experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility in work hours.
