Hotel Sales Representative

Company and Position Description :

We are looking for a Hotel Sales Representative with solid experience in sales management, with expertise in the furniture, layout and solutions sector for hotels and professional spaces.

• Experience in architecture/interior design will be a major asset in understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Reporting directly to the General Management, you will work independently throughout the entire sales cycle.

Main missions

• Identify and target new customers (hotels, businesses, development projects) by offering suitable solutions.
• Analyze business opportunities: study of offers, preliminary evaluation and relevance.
• Organize and carry out visits to potential clients.
• Prepare regular reports for Management on business activity and results achieved.

Profile
:

• Bac +4/5 diploma in Commercial Management or Interior Architecture.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the hospitality sector and/or the design of professional spaces.
• Experience in an architectural office, architectural firm or interior design project is highly appreciated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Autonomy, results-oriented and ability to work in direct contact with General Management.
