Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures and surfaces are sparkling.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas like stairways and hallways.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, such as burned-out bulbs or broken fixtures, and report them to the appropriate department.
• Restocking: Replenish guest room supplies like toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, water, and other amenities.
• Mini-bar: Restock food and beverage items in the guest room mini-bars.
• Respond to guest requests, answer questions, and provide assistance or information.
• Inform the housekeeping department about room vacancy status, lost and found items, or any issues requiring attention.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all hotel policies, health, and safety regulations, and follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals.
• Security: Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.
• Uniform: Wear the correct uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Hotel Standards: Clean guest rooms according to the Hotel's specific standards for cleanliness and organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any related courses.
• At least 6 months of working experience in a 3-to-5-star hotel
• Willing to undergo familiarization of hotel standard
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Friendly and respectful when dealing with guest and staff
