Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Collaborate with management to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for leadership review.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience across 3 or 4 hotels in the Middle East.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and luxury service standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
