Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor for an Hotel Located in Iraq to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain service standards.
- Monitor check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office or guest services supervisory role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with front office systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in Opera is a must
- Hotel Experience is a must
