Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a high-volume hotel kitchen environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, including international flavors.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
